Information submitted in an inquiry
The form may collect your name, company, email address, phone or WhatsApp contact, country or region, equipment brand, model, quantity, condition, message and privacy consent. ZHIQI EQUIPMENT uses this information to review and respond to the request and support the requested business activity.
Service providers and security checks
The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare Turnstile processes security and network signals to distinguish genuine submissions from automated abuse. A Pages Function sends a signed inquiry directly to the ZHIQI CRM, whose database stores and routes it, and sends the accepted-inquiry notification through Resend. These providers may process information and standard technical data needed to deliver, secure and troubleshoot their services under their own terms.
Duplicate-submission protection
A one-way fingerprint derived from selected inquiry fields is kept temporarily in Cloudflare KV to prevent repeated sends. The marker expires after approximately ten minutes and does not contain the complete inquiry.
Email handling
The notification is delivered to sales@zhiqiequipment.com with a blind backup copy to the designated business mailbox. Your email is used only as the reply address; it is never used as the sender address.
Hosting logs, cookies and analytics
Hosting and network providers may process standard delivery and security logs. ZHIQI EQUIPMENT does not currently add analytics or advertising scripts and does not intentionally set non-essential cookies for this form. The application does not save the raw IP address in CRM inquiry records or Cloudflare KV.
Sensitive information and attachments
Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, private keys, government identifiers or unrelated sensitive personal data. File attachments are not supported in the first release.
Sharing and retention
Inquiry information may be shared with service providers or business participants when reasonably needed to assess, quote or support the requested transaction. Retention is limited according to business, legal, security and record-keeping needs.
